The Bears traveled to Nationals in New Orleans for nationals May 25 - 31.
National participants were senior Levi Capesius; juniors Ben Degen and Sam Trainer; and sophomores Logan Heying and Gabe Trainer.

seeded 6th and 16th

Bishop Garrigan made playoffs and 
finished in 3rd place overall, 
losing only to Waukee and Ankeny

November 4 Algona High

Bishop Garrigan won the varsity championship
(qualifying for nationals)
and tied for the JV championship.

November 11 Bishop Garrigan (Top of Iowa Confernce)

 Bishop Garrigan won the conference championship,
 and a second BGHS team 
finished in 4th place overall.

November 18 IQBL(Waukee)
Logan Heying was the 3rd overall player.
December 2 Spirit Lake

Garrigan was seated second in playoffs and lost to the champions- Bishop Helan

December 6 3-2-1

Garrigan scored 286, which was the third
highest score in Iowa and placed the team
in the top third of all schools nationwide.

December 9 South O'Brien

Bishop Garrigan competed in the varsity division 
at the South O'Brien quiz bowl in Paullina.

March 9 ISU Virtual Quiz Bowl

Bishop Garrigan scored 558 points in less than 45 minutes.

March 17 Community Quiz Bowl

18 teams from around the area competed.
BGHS team raised $470 for their trip to nationals this summer.

April 7 IQBL State Championship

Bishop Garrigan competed in the JV  and varsity divisions.
Because of time factors related to Gala, 
the team had to forfeit the final game.
Ben Degen received all-state honors.

April 10 Spring 3-2-1 Quiz Bowl

Bishop Garrigan scored 259 points
